A native of Edinburgh, and of a ‘whimsical age,’ Andy currently cuts his time between software engineering and writing.

    Writer, standup comic, creative writing teacher and ordained minister: her most recent book is the Costa Award-winning Day. She will not be speaking about that because she is sick to death of speaking about that. AL Kennedy has sold brushes from door to door and would rather be someone else. She plans to read a story.
